HUD Homes

HUD Homes are foreclosed homes that were originally purchased using VA, FHA or other government insured financing that went bad.  The government repays the leinholder and then sells the home to the highest bidder on the Web.  Bids have priority based on occupancy.  Owner-Occupants, people who plan on occupying the home as their primary residence have precedence.  If the government doesn’t accept a bid from an owner-occupant than they will open the bidding up to an investor.

You can visit http://www.mcbreo.com/st_azmain.htm and select a home and we can enter a bid on your behalf.  You have to meet certain requirements to be an authorized broker, who is able to place a bid.  We have met such requirements and are ready and willing to help you start your real estate investment portfolio.
